Legal significance
AIFC law is a special regime anchored in Kazakhstan's constitutional order, based on English common-law principles. It is the precedent for how a centre obtains delegated rulemaking — it has no legal force in Viet Nam.
Proposed VIFC adoption action
Proposed adaptationMap which AIFC-style powers Resolution 222/2025/QH15 actually grants to VIFC bodies; do not assume equivalent rulemaking breadth.
Original-language caveat
Original text in English; AIFC law applies only within the AIFC (Kazakhstan). Not operative in Viet Nam.
